Jayne Home

This colorful home needed to have more neutral tones to appeal to home buyers. I wanted to highlight the beautiful features and character of the home while making it feel more open and bright. NurtureSource executed my design and was responsible for the staging.

Living and dining rooms

The walls were painted in neutral colors to showcase the amazing ceilings, but color was added to the fireplaces, mantels, and the built-in bookcase in the living room.

Kitchen

Continuing the wood floors into the kitchen allowed me to use the beautiful green cabinets with brass accents in the cabinet pulls, faucet, and light fixture. The textured tile was installed in a herringbone pattern on the range wall to add a focal point to that area.

Sunroom and bedroom

The upstairs bedrooms and sun room were given a soft, warm wall color and brass light fixtures. The rooms are cozy while also feeling light and airy.

Bathroom

I continued the use of green in the upstairs bathroom with a pattern tiled floor and a variegated green tile in the shower/tub area. A wood vanity and mirror add warmth to the room, and the sconces continue the character of the existing sconces throughout the home.
