Exterior
A creamy white and dark charcoal color palette highlight the architect of this Piedmont home. The wood front door and surrounding brick were maintained while the walkway was repaired and painted.
Hall bathroom
This room was a combination of vintage charm and modern convenience. I kept the beautiful pedestal sink, but designed a new pattern for the floor with penny tile. The shower handles were vintage, but the shower head and tub spout were new. Fresh tile and wainscotting complete the room.
Kitchen
A classic but modern design was needed for the kitchen so to complement the style of the house. The graphic tiles behind the range added interest and texture to the room.
Bedroom
This bedroom was transformed with the removal of the wallpaper and the new paint for the walls and the built-in cabinets. The light fixture and the wonderful staging help make it an inviting space.
Primary bathroom
I went for a more modern look for this bathroom since it's in the primary suite. A double sink vanity with lots of storage and lighted mirrors meet the needs of today's home buyers. The herringbone tile floor continues into the walk-in shower, which makes the space feel larger.
