15th Avenue bathrooms
One bathroom and an adjoining awkward room were transformed into an updated hall bathroom and a primary bathroom.
Brewster paint
I was tasked with the paint color scheme for this mid-century home. I continued the beam and ceiling colors through to the exterior, and highlighted the architecture throughout the house.
Calderwood refresh
I chose dark paint colors for the exterior and fresh, bright colors and finishes for the interior. New flooring and a new railing system helped modernize the space. The paint colors on the exterior enchance the beautiful lines of the house and windows.
Cochrane update
Paint, along with some light fixtures and appliances, updated the home to get it ready to put on the market. The upstairs bathroom was updated with a luxurious soaking tub and new tile.
Amend facelift
The house was given a facelift with new flooring and paint, as well as light fixtures in a Japandi style. Taking down the upper cabinets above the peninsula opened up the kitchen. New appliances and countertops, along with a fresh paint color for the cabinets help complete the transformation.
